تلقى الأستاذ عدنان الطرشة الخبير الدولي للكيوكوشن في المملكة العربية السعودية دعوة رسمية من اللجنة السعودية للكيوكوشن لإقامة دورة خاصة لحكام بطولة الخليج الأولى التي ستقام في مدينة الخبر في المملكة العربية السعودية بتنظيم اللجنة ورعاية وزارة الرياضة. وقد أقيمت الدورة يوم الخميس 20 ربيع الأول 1445هـ الموافق 5 أكتوبر 2023م.  

Shihan Adnan Tarsha, the international Kyokushin expert in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, received an official invitation from the Saudi Kyokushin Committee to hold a special course for the judges and referees of the First Gulf Championship, which will be held in the city of Al-Khobar in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, organized by the committee and sponsored by the Ministry of Sports. The course was held on Thursday, October 5, 2023.
