The 13th Elite Open Kyokushin Championships was held on Thursday February 09, 2023, organized by Shihan Adnan Tarsha branch chief of I.K.O. The championships consisted 2 categories:
1- Men Open Championship.
2- Senior Championship.

At the conclusion of the tournament Shihan Tarsha honored the winners with the medals, trophies and certificates, also the certificates of appreciation to the referees, judges and assistants.
