تلقى الأستاذ عدنان الطرشة دعوة من اللجنة السعودية للكيوكوشن لإلقاء محاضرة عن (إعداد اللاعب للبطولات الدولية) في معهد إعداد القادة بوزارة الرياضة ضمن الدورة التدريبية التي يقودها رئيس اللجنة الأستاذ عبد الرحيم الشهري. وقد جرت المحاضرة في مساء يوم الأربعاء 22 صفر 1443هـ - 29/9/2021م وامتدت لساعتين. وبالإضافة إلى الشرح والمعلومات فقد تضمنت المحاضرة مقاطع فيديو ومنها مقطع يوضح البرنامج العملي لإعداد اللاعب للبطولة الدولية.

وفي نهاية المحاضرة وزعت على الحاضرين ورقتين الأولى بعنوان: (الأخلاق والآداب في البطولات)، والثانية بعنوان: (وصايا المدرب عدنان الطرشة للمشارك في بطولة).

Shihan Adnan Tarsha received an invitation from the Saudi Kyokushin Committee to give a lecture on "The Player's Preparation for the International Championships" at the Leaders Development Institute at the Ministry of Sports within the training course led by the Committee's Chairman, Mr. Abdul Raheem Al-Shehri. The lecture took place on the evening of Wednesday, September 29, 2021, and lasted for two hours. In addition to the explanation and information, the lecture included video clips, including a clip explaining the practical program for preparing the player for the international tournament.

At the end of the lecture, two papers were distributed to the attendees, the first entitled: "Ethics and Etiquettes in Championships", and the second entitled: "The Commandments of Shihan Adnan Tarsha for the Participant in a Championship".
